Energy Performance Certificates

As of 14 December 2007 it will be compulsory for Sellers to provide a Home Information Pack before selling their property. This will include documents such as a sales statement, searches, evidence of title and an Energy Performance Certificate, which contains advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills.

I am able to provide these Energy Performance Certificates within 48 hours of gaining access to the property.

Home Condition Report

Originally, the idea was that a Seller’s Home Information Pack would contain a detailed Home Condition Report. This is now a voluntary option which I am able to provide within 48 hours of inspecting a property.
